Delete your account

This page explains how to delete your Burrow Run account and the data stored with it. Both routes are free, and neither requires you to contact us first.

From inside the game

Open Burrow Run and go to the Me tab.
Tap Sign in — if you are signed in, it shows your email address.
Tap Delete account and confirm.

Your account and everything synced to it are deleted immediately.

By email

Write to jason.crasto7@gmail.com from the email address you signed in with, with the subject Burrow Run account deletion. We will delete the account within 30 days and reply to confirm.

What is deleted, what is kept

Game progress stored on your device	Kept. Deleting your account does not touch the copy on your phone — you can carry on playing offline. To erase that too, use Me → Settings → Reset progress, or uninstall the game	Until you erase it or uninstall
Records of purchases — which product was bought and when	Kept. Held by Google Play and RevenueCat, not by us. We cannot delete these, as we are required to keep transaction records for billing and tax purposes	Up to 7 years, as required by law

Nothing else is held. There is no backup copy kept after deletion, and none of this data is shared with anyone other than the services named above.

Deleting some data without closing your account

You do not have to delete your account to delete your data.

In the game — Me → Settings → Reset progress erases your game progress and starts you from level 1. Your account stays open.
By email — write to jason.crasto7@gmail.com and say which data you want removed. We will action it within 30 days and leave the rest of your account untouched.

If you never signed in

Burrow Run does not require an account. If you have never signed in, there is no account and nothing stored anywhere but your own device — Me → Settings → Reset progress erases all of it.
